Our services and website are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website or submitting a form, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
InstaMaid provides residential cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Pricing quotes provided through our website calculator are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an in-home assessment.
By submitting your phone number through our website and checking the consent box, you enroll in our SMS messaging program. This program sends transactional messages related to: quote delivery, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer service follow-up. We do not use this program for unrelated marketing or promotional campaigns outside of these use cases. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
You may cancel SMS messages from InstaMaid at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from to opt out. After sending STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent and received in connection with our services, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or device.
When you submit a booking request through our website, you are requesting a cleaning service appointment. All bookings are subject to confirmation by InstaMaid. We will contact you by phone or text to confirm your appointment details.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (516) 518-1672. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, communicated at the time of booking.
Pricing quoted through our website is an estimate. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
InstaMaid will take reasonable care while performing cleaning services. InstaMaid is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear to your property. Any claims related to service must be reported within 24 hours of the completed cleaning.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
InstaMaid may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
